I am ready to cut the cord, how do I start and what are the next steps?

Reach out to us at info@marshmallowstreaming.com. We start by introducing ourselves and then email you a short questionnaire. The questionnaire allows us to estimate how much we can save you on your services by getting you a new internet contract, cutting out cable TV and removing rental equipment. We then propose a home Wi-Fi and cable streaming solution to fit your needs. Once you are satisfied with our proposal we schedule an in-home appointment to officially cut the cord.

What is a mesh Wi-Fi network and what are its benefits?

Mesh Wi-Fi networks consist of 1 or more "nodes" that work together to create a single Wi-Fi network. The nodes can be spread out to provide Wi-Fi access across large areas with minimal signal loss. These are ideal for a broad range of home sizes since more nodes can be added as necessary to extend coverage in areas of a home that traditionally do not get a strong signal.
